Albert Kahn was an American industrial architect and is world renowned for his buildings in Detroit as well as other industrial centres in the US and Canada. His influence is recognized in Windsor when Hiram Walker and his sons, reached out to Kahn for his design work in establishment of several prominent buildings in the Walkerville area of Windsor.
